Abc, Preview and Liste. Here is the menu proposed by Berlin, ready to open in mid-September the European fair calendar

The European trade fair calendar? Opens in Berlin in the second week of September, with the appointment of the Berlin Art Week, which for some years had undermined the historic Art Forum Berlin, making it close. Among the many events planned, there are the fairs abc – art berlin contemporary, Preview Berlin Art Fair and Berliner Liste, September 13 to 16. Hosted in the hangar 2 of  Tempelhof Airport, Berlin Preview reached its eighth edition this year, bringing several new features, the “solo walls”, solo exhibitions dedicated to emerging artists in Video Preview Screening, a selection of artists who will exhibit their works the Sony Center in Berlin. 57 participating galleries, mostly in Germany, but also from Australia, Colombia, France, Mexico, Spain.

The fifth edition of abc art berlin contemporary is held in the station of the district of Kreuzberg. As in past editions, the selection of works was based on a general theme, this year the galleries were invited to present their point of view, then selected by the organizers. 129 galleries from 18 countries, including 66 from Berlin to other cities such as Dubai, New York, London, Vienna. From Italy, from Milan Zero with the artist Shimabuku and Suzy Shammah with Jurgen Drescher, the Roman Frutta with Nicholas Matranga and Monitor with Peter Lunde Busk, Collicaligreggi from Catania andFonti from Naples, with Lorenzo Scotto di Luzio.
26 different countries are represented in the 124 exhibitor at Liste, with 4 Italians: Alessandro Borgonovo from Giussano, Iarschneider Ivan from Selva Gardena, Leonart from Conegliano and Paolo Stefani from Como. Hosted at MUMA in Berlin Mitte, for the first time gives ample space to an artist, from Berlin, of course, Michael Luther, with his monumental work Colourado situated near the center of the fair. Another innovation is the collaboration with MACparis, a Paris fair with a project of interchange for French and German artists: 5 galleries of Liste will be chosen for display for free at MACparis and vice versa.
